well renting movies at your house would be cool, but if your parents are anything like mine they would be hovering above me the whole time thinking i was going to start making out with the dudes or something so at home might not be the best. Maybe bowling or skating if you like that sort of thing. I'd see if there was a fair anywhere near you or an amusement park that is pretty cheap.

i like waterparks, amusment parks, to the movies, a drive in can be fun and you can talk the whole time, going to the mall and taking funny pictures in strange clothes and with strange looking objects

i agree with anca. last year for my 15th i had a bunch of friends over to my house, all i had to pay for was the food. we hung out in our backyard, walked to this park near my house and played soccer and stuff there, and then we came back and watched the movie i'd chosen. we also did the whole cake and presents thing which was fun. just remember it doesnt matter what you do or where you go, its who your with that counts.
