How do I become Prettier over the summer?

Ok, I am really overwieght (By 40 lbs) and i really want to know how I can lose weight and become healthier. I also really want to know how to get rid of my acne and get healthier hair. Something else i noticed is how my skin is really pale, I want to get a bit of a tan but not one that gives you wrinkly and old looking skin, skin that will still be healthy but not as pale as it is. I keep on hearing I am fat and ugly and it is always lowering my confidence so can someone help?

www.livestrong.com has a lot of good tips on diet and exercise. If you want to lose 40 lbs, a good place to start would be to drink as much water as possible (at least 8 glasses a day) and do 30 minutes of cardio for 3 days a week. Eat food with fiber, whole grain foods, apples, Raisin bran cereal. Examples of cardio would be running, jogging, walking fast. This could be outdoors or on the treadmill. The ellyptical seems to be more effective for me though. Try to cut out sodas and fast food completely, or just order something healthy like a salad or grilled chicken sandwich. i had to go to the dermatologist to get a prescription med for my acne..it completely cleared up my acne after a few months. For the tan, try Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer. Use the one that says "fair to medium skin tones" It will gradually build a tan and it will also help firm up your skin. They have this lotion for your face and body. The face lotion also has a sunscreen in it. I've used it, and it really helps!! It isn't streaky..and it doesn't turn you orange. Make sure that you use it consistently though, or it will probably look splotchy. You can buy this at your local drug store or supermarket. You can also try a spray tan at a tanning salon, I've gotten those too and they're great. As for your hair, talk to a hair stylist about what type of shampoo and conditioner would be best for your hair! Hope this helps!
