Fitness regime?!

I'm going for a modelling thing, my friends sister works for a modelling agency and she says that I am just what they are looking for. I'm not really that confident so idk. I need to shape up a little, I'm not fat but i'm starting to get chubby and need to tone up. I just need some helpz >;<

Any ideas for a fitness regime/good diet?!

drink lots of water

eat less sugary good/fast food/ fatty food

if you want to tone your legs

well what i do is

tighten the muscles up

& keep it like that for an exact minute

then release em slowlyy

& you can try crunches

or just tryy running around alot

cycling, swimming etcc.

cycling, running in water, running in general, run up and down stairs, crunches, lift your legs in the air and hold. i love going on youtube, and looking up exercise videos and putting on fun music and doing that :)
