so, how did all of you lose A LOT of weight in a short period of time?

dancing really helps. and i think on they have some ways. i know in their magazines they always have little cut outs to help flattan ur tummy. but yeah id go on youtube and look up some dances. yeah hope that helped.(:

yeah I drink a lot of water, drink green tea and rock out to my metal lol. In your case, just to your fave music.

Also, try mixing your water with a bit of lemon juice as lemon juice has properties that break up stubborn fat cells.

Uhm oh yeah and Nivea also brought out a "My Silhouette" body cream that promises to firm up and tighten your skin as well as 'eat away' at the centimeters around your waiste, thighs and wherever you want them gone over a period of - I think - four plus weeks.

first it's extreemly hard to loose that baby fat

most women in the world still have some baby fat even thought you can't always tell

doing crunches can help tighten up those muscles and burn some of that weight

i like doing the tension thing during the day where you tigeten the muscles (don't just suck in your tummy actually feel the muscles tighten on top of your stomach and bottom) and hold it for a min then release and just do that as often as you think about it

when i stopped doing sit ups
