me too lately! i just wanna cry sometimes and sometimes i do-even if theres nothing bothering me. and i am not as laid back as i used to be either im just so easily irritated. i dont know why that happens but i know mine doesnt have to do with my period either. I dont know what to tell you girl...just try to think things through before you react too dramatically

I do the same thing. Even if my mom just asks me to go to my room and go to bed. I get all upset and cry about it. I really dunno why. I think my hormones are just all wierded out. At school now i get soo embarrassed its not even funny. And i dont even try to.. it gets annoying, but i guess you have to either deal with it or try to calm urself down like i do.

it really could just be hormones as your growin up and not to do with the hormones from the time of the month

try to relax when you feel that way and take a step back hopefully it'll tone down once you're out of some of this teen stage where your body is doing all kinds of crazyness

same for me, i can relate to how your feeling. My best friend moved to australia around a year ago and i'm still really sad about it, i tend to get ticked off by the stupidest of things, and i can get really, really angry about nothing in particular, and burst into tears. Just try to focus on the positive things, that's what i'm trying to do. Hope you feel better soon (:

sometimes ill have times when im like that. you really just have to take a step back from everything and take a deep breath. if you want to cry about something, try and figure out if it's even worth the tears. if you feel that it really is, cry. it's better to let emotions go as opposed to holding them in all the time.

oh, me too!

i know how you feel, but i've been depressed for awhile..but whatever! this isn't about me! [ :

okayy so what i do is maybe sleep just a bit more, do something you haven't done in a while that you love, talk to an old friend! anything out of yur normal routine. treat yurself a bit, sometimes thats what we need.

and if that doesnt work, talk to someone.
