I used to make myself throw up everytime I ate.

I got out of the habit, but everytime I feel I've over

eaten I have to do it or else I feel gross and am really mad at myself. but then I feel guilty for doing it. It's never helped me lose weight so I'm not sure why I feel it's necessary. I can't stop myself though.>< any tips?

Oh my. This sucks!

You really need to see a docter, talk to your parents, and a friend. This really sucks, but there isn't much we can do. But think to yourself, "I feel really guilty everytime I do this, so why do I do it.?" There's not much we can do. :(

everytime you go to do it, tell yourself 'NO, I AM NOT DOING THIS, IT'S RUINING ME!' its just not good for you, really, so just try your hardest not to do it. :]

truthfully if you eat too much from time to time you shouldn't feel bad but try to use it for a point next time to stop before you get that full

you should know by now how much your stomach can fit w/o over filling it so makesure you take portions and stop after you hit that mark

Well even though you dont see the weight you loose its gone. Also if it is too much of a habit then, even though it may be embarissing, tell mom/dad/trusted friend whats going on. If you cant bring yourself to tell any one [you may be ashamed,emberrased, or just don't want to share it with any one] then you may have some form of OCD it may sound crazy but it can be a form of OCD. You obsess over it. This may sound kinda wierd too but maybe try to obsess over something else, like brusshing teeth, washing face, cleaning,etc. It may increase your OCD [if you have it] but it will get you off your 'problem'.

Huney, it may embarrass you but you have got to tell your mother. Let me tell you something....

My aunt is 43 years old. she has an eating dissorder, just like you. Because of her eating dissorder she has multiple health problems and takes at least 30-40 pills a day. She is also losing her teeth. And her hair is like hay. Her first born child was born with a form of mental retardation, because she was not healthy enough to carry a child. Her second born child takes enough medication to kill a horse, and shes only a year old, on top of that she was born premature. Her health problems and her kids health problems are all caused by her eating dissorder, and she does not admit to her problems and does not want help.

This is harsh but you need to hear it, its life or death.

My aunt is putting her life at risk and her childrens life at risk. What are YOU willing to put at risk?

omg i have that same problem myself

except i dont bother making myself throw up

coz i never overeat (when i DO eat, which isnt that often)

& no, it doesnt help you lose weight i know.

& i know whatyou mean when u sayy you feel gross if u eat alot

& i cant figure out why i do it eitherr


what i do is after i eat, i just wait for a few minutes & then do some quick excersise.. it doesnt make me lose weight ofc, but it makes me feel better & not so grossed out. all in all, its better than throwing up..
