How Do i Lose Weight Quicker?

I've been exercising for quit a while now and watching what i eat but i still haven't lost much. I normally play 3 games of basketball a week and i do training, i also run on the cross trainer for 1 hour and i keep my calorie intake below 1200 but its taking so long and i don't notice any difference at all, in winter i was even more active, i played two games of hockey as well and did hockey training. Has anyone got some hints?

your body has just it a wall it happens to everyone dont change what your doing your body will stop resisting it if you keep it up also try protein shakes you can have that for lunch or breakfast because theyre filling and taste good if you get the right stuff

Drinking a lot of water. I have no idea but I stopped drinking soda for lunch for a week and lost 2 lbs! It also depends on your body shape, and your metabolism. Some people can drop 15 lbs in a month but for others it takes 4 months! Just stick to a healthy diet plan and you'll see results, donnt worry :)
