Yes it can.. Try using witch hazel after u wash ur face.. Remember wash ur face w/ cool water never hot water because it opens pores....

go to shopper drug mart, and ask for a face hydrater, its really good, i use itt and it controles oily t-zones, you cant get rid of oily skin , casue you could be born with oily skin or dry, flaky skin, i'd rather have oily casue you cant cver up flaky skinn, so, just buy a face hydrater and if you want to cover up t-zones, use modifying gel thatas really good it sucks up all the oil in your skin tthen keeps it smooth . yea i guess thats all i have , i hope i helped :) bye

lol my friend offered that for my scars but i took care of it differently because the cocoa butter is great but too greasy,yuck!



you want clean,soft ,moisturized skin

so wash with cold water,use mild cleanser moving in circular motion,pat dry gently,



avoid products that will overdry skin(alcohol) or are way to greasy/creamy



enfoliate skin to get rid of dead skin cells

Okay as weird as this might sound, use ciggarette papers on the oily parts of your face. It sounds craazy but it works lol:D. Good Luck
