how can I lose my muffin tops?

ok I have this fat on my lowerback and on the side it's like a muffin top and I wanna lose it but I don't know any right excerise to get rid of it and I afford a gym so I need excerise that I can do at home.

so does anyone know any muffin tops work-outs and how long will it take for me to lose it?

I would try sit-ups or squats? yo would have to do them almost everyday and it would prob take you about 1-3 months at the most im guessing

that's some of the hardest to loose



sit up's and even just holding it in all day (makesure your squeezing the stomach muscles not just sucking your stomach in) can help but it can take a while

Well idk if you have ever heard of reverse sit-ups, but they do wonders. I do them in the school gym. I think you could even do it with a couple of chairs. Just lay on a chair, belly down with the edge of the chair at your waist, like near where a belt would sit, then make sure your feet are under the back of another chair or something, or have someone hold them for you as you keep your back straight, go down, then come back up. Idk how to really explain it...and I can't find it online so sorry that's the best I could do :/
