how much weight can I lose in a month? how?

I always feel fat and I want to go back to school a least a little skinnier. Any thing would help even just looking skinnier. I weight 146 pounds and I'm 5'1

well the best and the healthiest way to lose weight is to lose it gradually over a longer period of time. exercising is very important and eating right. Check out some of the diets and exercises found here

To look skinnier try to dress in clothes that offer your body type the best advantage :)

Well depends on how like fat you are. I think mayb going to a gym if you're close to one. I think running is the best way to lose weight. and school's almost coming so.... you can't lose weight THAT fast. But running or maybe run with a friend that's Way mor fun or use ipod, music helps.



My friend was 140 and she was 5'1? now she's 5'1 and 120 pounds and it's been like... 1 1/2 years. That's because i thought her too eat 3 meals a day but she wouldn't.



And try cutting how much you eat a day. Like i use to eat 5 deals a day, i went from 4 then to 3. Even though u get a bit hungry you can eat later in those deals. And if you REALLY need something then you should eat something healthy like apples or drink water.

Hehe good luck i still do this to maintain my 105-110 pounds

black will always help you to look skinnier, but don't go to over the top with it[; and the best way to lose weight is just to exercise and eat healthily. i agree with the below alsoo[:
