i know this is late but in case anyone reads this. did you know that drinking too much water can kill you? it can flush all the vitamins and minerals from your cells and can literately kill you. the best thing you can do is watch the amount of calories you eat but make sure you have well rounded meals. don't just eat a small amount of starchy calories. you can eat lots more during the day when it includes fruits and veggies but still stay at lower calories.

you can also get a waist sincher to train you waist to be smaller, without actually loosing alot. you can tighten the muscles in your tummy and it'll look thinner even if you don't loose weight. depending on how much you weigh to start.
