Pro tip: It is impossible to lose 10lbs in such a short period of time. Even if you starve yourself which you are doing. When you don't intake enough calories your body will go into starvation mode, and start eating it's own lean body fat. THE body fat you need to have essentially to cushion your bones. If you don't know how to diet, I can say that by the way you've gone about this, you're doing it wrong and if you continue you may have more negative effects than positive. Some of the negative effects of being in starvation mode :
Physical effects
Decreased resting metabolic rate (RMR) : won't burn off as much calories - in other words you'll start gaining more lbs.
Amenorrhea (no menses) = no period
Bone loss = easily fractured or injured bones
Constipation and gastrointestinal upset ( vomiting a lot without even wanting to)
Sleep disturbance
Hypothermia (feeling cold all the time)
Loss of lean body mass : the body fat that protects and cushions your bones
Changes in brain chemistry that increase appetite and food cravings. - you'll want to eat more so you'll end up gaining more weight than before

Cognitive / Mental effects :
Decreased concentration
Poor judgment

Effects on attitudes and behaviors towards food
Food preoccupation
Collection of recipes, cookbooks, and menus
Unusual eating habits
Increased consumption of coffee, tea, and diet sodas
Increased use of spices
Loss of body’s natural mechanisms for regulating hunger and fullness
Dichotomous thinking about food (i.e. “good food, bad food” mentality)- which increases risk of binge eating on the “bad.”
Binge eating

Emotional and social effects
Irritability and anger
Lability (ever-changing mood)
Psychotic episodes
Personality changes
Social withdrawal

Like I said, you won't lose that much weight in that amount of time. Ever. Your caloric intake should be around 1500-1200 a day when dieting (based on a 2000 calorie average) and you should exercise.

It''s better to just eat healthy meals (3 of them) , small snacks and fruit, and exercise. If you wanted to lose weight, you should not have waited. You can suffer death if you starve yourself for too long.

Also, You're not even overweight. :I I think you should be more realistic in both your goals and how you view yourself.

the trick is to eat!! eat a healthy breakfast this will fill you up all day. and don't starve yourself unless you can handle it, for your body will be so hungry and if you give in you will overeat.
