Did you do research? I know you're young. But 800 calorie diets are NOT HEALTHY. You do realize that you're essentially being anorexic, and that this is not a good means of weight loss at all, yes?
side effects:
Other than malnutrition, loss of muscle, fatigue, dehydration, kidney related problems, loss of concentration etc., the problem from a weight loss perspective is that you're setting yourself up for failure. That may sound harsh but it's true. Once you plateau at 800--which you will--you will be forced to increase your in-take, and since you'll be in starvation mode and you'll gain the weight back.
you can use this tool by the NHS (UK) to calculate if you're in a somewhat healthy range.

135 lbs should be around 61.2kg just so you know.

Are you fat? No.
In fact , it shows that you are at a healthy range for your BMI . I wouldn't suggest you going on such a drastic and unhealthy diet. You may end up doing way more harm than good and end up being under weight and at an unhealthy BMI.

Are you too young to be worrying about it? Probably. Most likely.

If you want to diet, it's best to go on a 1500 - 1200 calorie diet, eat the right foods, in smaller portions and exercise daily. There are youtube exercise videos and everything. But , you really don't need it.

You really don't need to lose weight, you look amazing the way you are right now :) plus, you're still growing, so when you grow taller you'll strech and you'll look even thinner, so if you loose weight now you'll just look like a pencil, and trust me thats not a healthy look.
I did this once, and it's not a good idea, You get run down, your skin goes bad and your hair starts to fall out if it's prolonged. :( It's not healthy at ALL to think like this, and you could risk kick starting an eating disorder, which you never actually let go of, trust me. I know :/
You'll regret going on a diet like this, listen to the people around you, you're a good size, no one wants sticks, they want curves (: ask any guy, it's not all small, and big boobs. becuase honey, thats not real. they look like lolly pops :| And are bad influences.

If you want to lose a wee bit though, then eat healthy and join a fitness club or a sports club or start running :) clubs would be a good way to meet people and boost your own confidence while running is great for your metabolism :) (Burns fat/calories) :)

The answer to your first question: NO YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!! You have a healthy BMI and look great! Your problem is not physical - it is mental. For whatever reason, you are insecure about your weight. That's not surprising - a lot of people are nowadays because of the pressures that the media puts on us. The world is telling us to be skinny, but you should be trying to be HEALTHY. If you feel unhealthy, don't try to eat LESS food, but more nutritional foods. Believe me, you will feel much better. You could also try exercising. BUT GOING ON A DIET IS NEVER THE ANSWER. Besides, you are at the age when you don't need to worry about this stuff! I would try working on your self esteem before you change your diet - start believing in YOU and how preciously and beautifully God made you.
