as you guessed... the key to getting a hot, healthy body has to do with exercise and diet. Any exercise would help you get in shape... if its belly fat you're worrying about (that's what it is in my case) then here are some exercises that might help:
as for the diet... junk food is definitely not going to help you. If you want a hot body, you gotta have a healthy body. First of all, make sure you have a balanced diet. That means balanced amounts of protein, carbs, fruits, veggies, and fats. The internet will probably tell you more than I can about that. You don't need to cut down totally on carbs... instead focus on eating more protein, fruits, and veggies. For example, instead of chowing down on some potato chips you could opt for some strawberries (maybe with lite whipped cream... mmmmmmm)... now, you can eat some sweet things - dark chocolate is actually packed with antioxidants. This site itself actually has lots of good articles on weight loss tips and what foods you should try. One healthy snack that I've heard of is popcorn - I especially love it stove-popped (without that fake butter taste). Its got lots of antioxidants and is yummy! Another snack you could try is roasted kale. Most people have never even heard of this leafy green, but it is DELICIOUS with a little bit of olive oil and salt... then you roast it in the oven. You can probably find a more detailed recipe on line. But I'm not kidding. They taste like potato chips!
Other yummy but healthy foods include:
Shrimp - low in fat and great for protein
Yogurt - another great source of protein, can be mixed in with raisins, granola, blueberries, etc.
Carrots - I like them boiled (sure, it takes some of the nutrients out... but its better than french fries, right?) with a little salt and butter
Celery - if you like it, that is... some like it with peanut butter (be careful about the fat in that tho)
Chips and Salsa - salsa has LOTS of veggies :)
Fruit Shakes - mix together some of your favorite fruits with some milk, ice, maybe some whey protein or some agave (sugar substitute) - very healthy and delicious
That brings me to another point... soda is a big no-no... Its not really good for you in any way. Instead... try some fruit juice or water (maybe with lemon or lime)
I hope you find what you're looking for and don't give up!
