Losing weight...

I'm looking for quick and easy ways to lose weight before school starts again. I've got about 5 weeks, and I'm not very good on the whole starving yourself diet, I just want to lose quite a bit (say about half a stone) by then. ANy tips? xxx

Since when did starving yourself become a diet? Lol. There are major health risks in doing that that are long term even and you gain more weight in the end . If anyone you know is doing that, instruct them to stop.

You essentially have to exercise more. Unless you're eating an obnoxious amount of food, there's no reason to eat less. If you exercise enough to burn off more calories than you have consumed then you will lose weight. Daily exercise should be good, and like others have suggested, specific area focusing exercises will help tone your body. In doing so, you are not putting your body in starvation mode, but still losing weight. This is based on a 2000 calorie a day input which is the norm (should be) for most people. Don't forget fruits and vegetables for healthy glowing skins :D

Eat fish, fruit and vedge. especially watermelon. really fills you up and is basically just water!! JOGGING!!!!!! every day. sit ups...Major risks in 5 weeks?? seriously?? none..... If its only like a quick fix then just do whatever. cause really 5 weeks isnt gonna kill you!!!!!!! Sorry for being blunt. Im Irish. Good luck to u anyway!!!! xxyyzz

exercise for an hour or more everyday. Drink green tea (it helps make your matabolizm speed up and its good for you :) )
and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. those fill you up. you may have to eat a lot more to keep you full but it will help you lose weight. also cut out junk food. and some carbs if you can. no desert except fruit.
