how could we get a fairer skin getting rid of dark ones?

can a darker skin be made light and beautiful?

If you have dark skin I don't think there is a way to make it lighter - you can prevent it from darkening further by using sunblock with a high spf everyday including winter, but it won't go lighter than the colour you were born with.

Apart from that I think it is stupid to think that the only skin that's beautiful is light skin.

Biology 101.
In the body there are cells, specific cells that create pigmentation or the colour of your skin. They are refereed to as melanocytes. The pigment is called melanin. Theoretically speaking, if there was a way to completely eradicate all the melanocytes even the darkest person can be pale white (albinism). Just like any pale white complexioned person can actually become dark/black in comparison. This works by either activating or deactivating the melanocytes and inhibiting them from producing more pigmentation.
1. There is a way to completely devoid oneself of melanocytes, that treatment is often used for those who suffer from vitiligo or other skin pigmentation diseases
2. There is a way for darker skin to be made light, but it takes time , patience and a lot of trial and error as well as money
3. You can lighten past your birth colour but that means you'll have to maintain with natural melanocytic inhibitors. like a- arbutin bearberry extract etc
4. You need to learn how to take care of your skin, and detoxify your body, and use sunblock and protect it from the sun for it all to be effective.

Light is subjective. What's dark to you could be light to someone else. And vice versa. So you can't assume not everyone wants to be pale, for all we know she may want to be a tan complexion or something right? S=
