boiled and baked foods are healtist for you. walking helps and i used to do the muscle tighting thing while i was at school where you tighten and hold the muscles in your legs, butt, and tummy all day long. you tighten and relax when ever you think about it. and hold it for a pretty good while. it really does help build the muscle to strengthin it and make you look slimmer

ps also make healthy choices when you go out to eat. grilled chicken and salads are good lol and bake potato instead of fries. go for the healthy sides if you have choices

For your height and weight and age you dont need to lose as much weight as you probably think - if any! My advice is to watch what you eat - like cutting out on snacks etc and get plenty of exercise. Running is good because its cheap and you can do it anywhere. Just be careful not to restrict too much - you can have treats every now and then! Good Luck!

You dont need to lose weight to be honest. :) You seem just right for your age. But if you decide u want to lose a bit of weight. It might be nice to pick up something like a hobbie, (e.g. Running, soccer) anything as long as its active. And cut down slightly on what you eat. Lots of fruit aswell. Good luck babe. X

your a healthy weight and height. so I would just tone your muscles to make you feel more confident about your body and make you more healthy. Try doing yoga!!! Don't lose a lot of weight being too skinny is a major turnoff, shows lack of confidence and isn't good for you.

:)) i'm the same sweetie but i am 14 and well all i do is drink a lot of water,and well i run track and do cheerleading but i also extercise when i get home i try to stay on healthy food but sometimes the temptation gets to me lol
