I haven't done in research in this area...but I give you my daily routine?

I use astrigent in the morning-it rids the greasy feel that I wake up with (I take showers at night)

When I come home, I wash my makeup off right away. Makeup increases acne--remember that!

At night in the shower I use Loreal skincare products..go to their site to check out what you think your skin calls for.

One recommendation? Get a facial. They are expensive, though. My last facial cost almost $80, but they're highly effective..and they feel so nice! They massage your face, putting a bunch of amazing-feeling lotions on your face/neck/upper back area, exfoaliate your face (basically, pop the pimples the RIGHT way), and leave some relaxing time. I would suggest it during a really stressful's a great treat! I would do it again if I had the money. :)o:-)

Umm try using witch hazel it doesnt sting and feels good.. But use it after u wash your face and to wash your face use plain old ivory soap. Then the witch hazel even before bed.. The products they have out there honestly do not work. Also make sure your makeup is for sensitive skin..
