I really want to lose weight, so I can be thinner and happier. But I can not do it! I always drop five pounds, but then gain it again. Can anyone tell me a way to lose 20, and stay like that!

did you ever think that it's your healty weight for your body?

you don't look overweight...

To loose 20 pounds is a lot for the summer. I do not believe it is too healthy to do so either. You definately do not look like your are anywhere near overweight.

Sometimes you loose 5 pounds here and there and then gain it back could be water weight bc that is the easiest to loose and gain. What may help you to start loosing weight is to cut out all sodas and sugary drinks. I usually drink only water and tea w/o sugar. I also cook a lot so I can control what I put in. Give that a try. But, it is okay to have things you like on occasion and in moderation.

you dont look overweight.. but anyway im trying to do the same thing as you. im not drinking soda anymore and only eating when my stomach growls .. you have to control your craving.

also my brother is a football player. hes learned alot of things there. Everyday we go for a jog and shoot hoops as long as i can. he helps push me. Maybe you could also find someone to push you. anyway get as much excise in . in one day.. and keep doing it for everyday.

but if you do really want to loose twenty pounds, then all i can suggest is eating less/no more fatty/sugary foods. ;]

also excercise at least once everydaay, and eat a balanced dieet! :]
