im 13,, around 5 foot 6 and i weigh 180lb.. I dont really look fat buhht i can tell i am.. its in my legs and my boobs.. yess,, kinda awkward buhht im 13 and have to wear a f cup.. i wanna loose weight.. i've tried a lotta stuff,, and nothings working.. i wanna try out for track buhht think my weight will get in the way of my training.. I am exactly the same only 14, 5"2, 135lb and wear a GG cup, I have big legs too. Wear a sports bra when you do things, go for a run and eat lots of fruit.

sparkpeople.com will get you started on the right track to lose healthy weight. The best part is that it's free! There's tons of great exercises and great people to help get you started. Another place to go for great free work outs is seventeen.com. They have fabulous workout videos that you can do from home. Track is a great experiance and I really hope you decide to try out(:
