Please help, I had microdermabrasion&It left two indents on my nose. Any creams or recommendations?

Basically, I called the doctors office, and they recommended juviderm filler for the lines the microdermabrasion left on my nose. I would like to give it time to heal itself, it has been 5 weeks, and looks a little better. Would you recommend waiting a certain period of time before I get the juviderm fillers? Would you recommend any cream or vitamin would heal the indents (scars) faster? Any advice that you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Pam

a doctor's advice would be the best answer to this question since it involves a procedure. personally though, I think it's best to wait a lil more before doing anything to your face again. For the meantime, I recommend using creams that are made for keloid-type scars. They'll likely work on the indentions and improve them over time.

Thanks for the reply...if you don't mind me asking, how much time would you recommend before I resort to the doctors office?

i'd say probably 3 months or so. that should be enough time for you to completely recover and gauge progress.

I used Scar Zone scar diminishing cream with green tea when I had keloids, it works really well on smoothing out scars. :)
