I am desperate for a new hairstyle / hair cut... Help!!

My hair is about shoulder length. It's a frizz-ball and always has been. I've been seriously debating whether or not I should cut it short and thin it out, or keep it's length and suffer... I really love long hair and used to have it a couple inches above my belly button, but it got too hard to manage so I chopped it off. Now it's giving me trouble again and I don't know what to do. NOTE: I have a very obvious widows peak, it's not subtle. And my hair is probably very damaged from dying it so much. Any advice would be greattt! :)

well hot oil treatments can help with the dryness

you can even use a little lotion in your hair

if the frizz gets too much look into getting a perm and just combing it through your hair to make it straight instead of using curlers

(it's fine to get that done at a salon if you're unsure about perming at home)

i would leave it long if that's what you like and get layers cut into it to thin it out and that will help cut down on the frizz
