I Think Im To Skinny For My Own Good

I think that I am to skinny and i need ways to gain weight fast.Everyone thinks im starving my self because i dont really have that big of an appetite and i always lose weight wether i want to or not.I need to gain weight and dont really care who thinks its unhealty .im thinking about just stopping all my exersize and stuffing my face with fattening food.i dont even want to be as skinny as i am!i weigh 65 pounds and im 12 years old and 5 foot way to skinny and if you have ways to gain weight fast tell me!i would like to weigh 115 pounds.i need to gain 45 pounds and would like to reach my goal in a month and a half please tell me how i need help!!!!

I wouldnt worry about it so much, you just have a fast burning Metabolism and its normal. Dont sit around and eat junk, you could end up gaining more weight than you want and after awhile you'll feel really weak...which is soo not healthy.

Do everything as you normally do and one thing that could help you is these little drinks...not sure what they're called...but they help you gain weight and just drink those daily. (my dad was 135 pounds and 6'3 and now hes well over 155) so it could help. If not just go on being happy and eating normally and just make sure your healthy. dont worry about what people say, you'll gain weight when your a bit older. it depends on your body type, everyones different and thats ok.

The best thing to do is gain weight in a healthy way if you go to see a dietician they will tell you wnt the best thing is for you too eat and when.

sorry girly if you want to gain weight that's fine but you still fall in the normal range. i would start adding a ensure or slimfast to your meals. when used as a meal replacment they can help you loose weight but when you drink them WITH a normal meal they are adding more calories and vitamins to your normal diet.

no more soda or tea drink those boost drinks to help ensure a healty weight gain

aww dont worry about what other people think! as long as you eat 3 meals a day you are fine :) my boyfriend is about 6 foot and he is 135lbs. its all in your metabolism too!

i am 12 and i way 15 5 feet 4 1/2 inches.and from expierience the best way to gain weight is eat hardly healthy food and lots of junk food.even if your not hungry eat junk food until your so full u cant handle any food.when your younger exersizing dosnt help lose weight so i dont think that would help much.

one more thing eat healthy food to if u dont u could get sick and that wouldnt be not tryin to tell u what to do but if your to skinny u could get sick and your body wont fight off the germs

i agree with this, eating fatty foods could do more harm even if they manage to make you gain more weight there's your cholesterol count, your sodium levels and all these that you have to make sure you're not messing with, Just like auri said , it could be that you have a fast metabolism, or hyperthyroidism, where your thyroid works fast to use all the energy of the food you've eaten. Eventually when you get older, it'll slow down and you'll start to gain weight, for now, eat 3 healthy meals a day eally, you have to, you don't have to really exercise if you're fit just tone it down..and don't worry at least you're not 35 and 65 pounds, that'd be BADDD.
