Your over doing your muscles.. You probl. did a lot of exercise in one day and it was too much for your body.. Like yesterday, i had volleyball pratice and than after that i playe tennis,, that was to much for me, because i did too much and my body was not use to it.. im sure you are gaining muscle too

My trainer told me that when you are sore you are actually workout that muscle. If you are not sore then whatever you are doing at the gym is useless. My boyfriend worksout a lot and he told me to alternate whatever you are doing. Like if you are working on your arms then let them rest and heal the next day. Give your muscles a day in between to rest. Do not forget to stretch before and after you workout. This can help reduce your soreness.

it means youve either worked out really well or overdone it a little depending on the nature of the soreness. xoxox

well feeling the burn when your exercising can be hurting your muscles

but being sore after ward means you did work hard and you may want to take it down if it's to the point you feel like you can't move easily
