im guessing you're around fifteen, sorry if im wrong, so 5'3 is an average height. im not sure about weight though. but to lose weight just eat less and excercise more. don't starve yourself or anything. oh also eat on smaller plates, idk why, but it helps you eat less. take yoga/pilates and go swimming a lot. that's really all you can do if you want it to be all natrual. or u could just talk to your doctor. hope i helped! =)

I agree with the other girlys as well.

What helps me is:

1) Doing sit ups before i go to bed.

2) trying to eat less fattening things(or if you do smaller portions)

3) Eating healthy. One thing that usually helps is if you pack something for school or after thats really healthy like a banana or an apple.

4)Drinking water! it helps fill you up so your not as hungry.

5) I heard someone mention this (and it really does help) chewing gum. it lasts for about an hour or two so your not just munching on a lot of stuff, which you tend to do when you get bored.

Swimming and daily exercises do make a difference so just plan out a daily diet and exercise and you should start seeing a difference.

Hope i helped?
