ok i got many friends whoa er fasting and they find it horrible sometimes

but i find it ok i guess when u dont have to do anything and drink water all the time i guess it can be ok

and for how long?

mainly orthodox christians do that to get closer to God

so unless if its partt of ur religion or ur fasting /not eating or drinking certain foods ,i think it cld b dangerous .but its your choice though..

Not if you are doing it right and and safely. People have reasons to fast. ( body cleansing/ detox, religious purposes, weight loss, etc.) You do not just simply stop eating and drinking fluids completely. During a fast some people boil vegetables and drink the broth to maintain nutritional balance or people do a 100% juice fast which replaces normal meals.

yeah bc it messes with your blood sugar and slows your metabolism and usually makes you more hungry and ravenous in the end. people do it for religious reasons but no one should do it at your age-youre still growing and i dont think that would be recommended by a doctor

it's ok sometimes to detox your body. but make it short and secure your body with the vitamins it needs! there should be no problem with that..

only if you dont eat the whole day ive done that before i only ate fruits and the other day i was fasting too i only drank cold water.. you just have to know how your body reacts to it if you feel very weak then drink water if that doesnt help then you have to eat something..
