I looked it up and here is what I found:

There are certain colors that can help highlight green eyes, including purples and golds. Plums, pale gold, and merlots are great choices. Try using an eye shadow in either of these palettes to make your green eyes shine!

When picking your eye shadows, don't shy away from vibrant colors. Green is a powerful color and won't fade under another bright color.

Don't underestimate the power of eye liner! Green eyes look awesome when accented by ebony liner, or liner tinged with purple pigment. Top lids are a must, but lower lids are optional. Lining lower lids can give you a sultry look, while leaving them unlined makes your eyes appear larger.

Love mascara! Add at least two coats of mascara that matches your liner color on top and bottom lids to frame your glorious greens!

I know your eyes aren't fully green but that should still work. :)

i think that a lighter shade of purple would be pretty and bring out the green in your eyes, and eyeshadows with some gold/ light brown might work too, and theres always green eyeshadow too, just make sure the shades arent too dark or light for ur skin

Purples, greens are very pretty. I use those colours and they make my eyes appear greener. You can get the eyshadow trios for different eye colours. I find they work really well (: Hope this helps. x

Try getting those duo eyeliners by N.Y.C (At Wal-Mart). Line the inner corner of your eyes in the white liner end. And blend it towards the middle of your lids. Then use the purple liner or blue liner by smudging it the rest of the way. Use some lengthening black/brown mascara. And try gold shimmering eyeshadows.
