I have a bad hairline and I hate it, what can I do about it? (pics included)

This is how i normally have my hair:¤t=IMG000006.png

This is what the hairline is:¤t=IMG000005.png

Is there anyway to lower the hairline without surgery? And the sides are also thinning... I can't keep it down like how it is in the first picture because the wind always picks all of it up, or moves it aside, and how I try to cover my forehead, the fringe is pretty thin, as you can probably see in the pic. The sides thinning I don't care so much about as the hair line being way too high

first some (and i mean just a lil) styling clay can help keep the hair foward

my bf cuts all the hair around his head to about 1/4 inch and leaves the top longer and pushes it ALL foward and then trims up bangs (but thins them out)

you can also try using hair spray and it doesn't matter if the wind takes it from time to time IT WON"T BE ALL THE TIME. you can just re push it all foward with your fingers when you get out of the wind.

and no there is no way to lower your hair line w/o surgery

You can also try some shampoos to help thicken your hair like Nioxin. Or if you do notice you hair really thinning you can also go to your doctor and as for Propecia. This can help stimulate hair growth and you can end up with a more fuller hair line.
