Hourglass figure....and indent in the hips?

Okay so my mom seems to think I have an hourglass figure, but it's not a dramatic one. I have a pretty big chest....my waist is medium size I guess (but it could be smaller) and my hips and bottom are probably in the middle. I don't have a flat bottom, but it's not huge either. So I definitly wanted to get a smaller waist and was thinking about getting a corset, but then I heard it's not very perment and can be dangerous....So I was wondering it here any any types of exercises that give you a smaller waist and a flat tummy. Also is there any type of toning exercises to get more idk muscele in the hip and bottom area....it's odd...I have like an indent above my thighs but below my hip bone.....I hate it :/

I have the same problem!! the whole, indent in the hips?? yeah. I hate it. but umm, I'd say, try running a little bit? that burns tummy fat (for the most part) that might help. & start doing some sit ups every night before you go to bed. start with only 10-15 and then in about. ehhhh a week? increase it to 20 every night. then a week later increase to 30, and so on. also, (if you dont already) eat healthy. I know, its probably really hard xD Its pretty hard for me. I pretty much have to force myself to eat healthy. and then I still dont. just this morning, I had a big bowl of ice cream & pizza!! so yeahhh, its hard! :/ but it will for sure be worth it. plus, the more healthy you eat, you will have much more energy. =)
