Belly flab and jiggly legs -.-

Well, the question says it all. I got some belly fat (idk, if it's baby fat or not) and I wanna get rid of it. At first, I was going to go on the 3 day diet (somebody I know went on it and it seemed to work for them), but then I kinda thought "hmmm....diets are kind of dangerous, especially for somebody my age (14). Plus, it's almost like cheating...I wanna take the safe way out". So I was wondering how I can rid of my belly flab....I know crunches turn fat into muscle, but I don't want to turn my fat into muscle...I wanna get rid of the fat first, then I can start toning. So...what can I do? Also I have a bit of flab on my inner thighs and lower can I get rid of that?

cardio burns off fat without building. I guess you can try jogging, if you have a treadmill at home then use it for at least 30 mins a day. you're right, diets can be dangerous. the safest way you can go about it is by keeping your meals balanced. maybe cut some carbs and lay off junk food. i don't know much about leg exercises, although generally you lose some flab everywhere as you get rid of the pounds.

eating healthy* would work, and drink a lot of water during the day. don't eat a lot of junk food or drink a lot of pop. it's not really a diet, it's how we are supposed to eat, eating healthy and drinking water makes your skin and hair nicer too. jogging would help to, im pretty sure it raises your metabolism. your legs might get toned though, not a lot. It also helps you lose weight generally everywhere. um, i can't think of anything for your stomach with toning it, i don't think it really makes a difference if you lose the fat before you tone? :\ you're losing the fat both wayss.

anyway, hope this helped.

exercise can always be the basic specially for a young age like you it will be the safest and the most effective way of getting rid of it but anyway your still young to worry about that because it can change later as you grow older.but always you remember your body will always depend on the food you eat and the physical activities you are engage at.. :))
you are so pretty dont worry..
