if its poufy use hair serum or a leave in conditioner to help control the frizz/volume, but serum and conditioners can weigh dow your curls too so keep that in mind when using them you can try going for a natural wavy look and just put some serum or conditioner in it then blow dry teh roots then let it air dry, or if that doesnt work you can try pin curls (very hard) or these plastic things you pull pieces of your hair into and let it dry overnight and when you take them out your hair is spirally curly. but they are a lot like sponge rollers. other than that I dont know of any other ways to curl your hair...if its not naturally curly enough then it is going to be hard to get a nice looking curl to stay a long time without a lot of time and effort

i would deff start with a heat protectant then straighten your hair in small sections then use the heat spray again and then try curling in small sections

Yes I would do it in small sections - straighten then curl.

For hair advice and help go to - I have got a few up there!

The best way for you to curl your hair is with a straightening iron because this will smooth any frizz you have and help the curl stay longer.

Also always put mouse on your hair before drying it as this will help the curl stay .

If you want to use your curling iron Take small sections ands spray them with hairspray befor curling this will make the curl stay.

Or heated rollers quick and easy.

But yeah the best things is doing it with your styraighteners., Its hard to do. I would suggest asking your hairdresser to teach you because it hard to explain and when you watch a how to video its hard to do it yourself after.
