Skincare/Bodycare: skin peels, exfoliation, natural products, facial masks, spa visits, eating healthy, exercise, taking vitamins for your skin and health such as collagen, omega-3 vitamins, vitamin c, vitamin e, msm, etc all will help

Haircare: will aslo help, not using many products, not washing your hair as often, so on and so forth

Well I agree that most teenage girls totally overdo makeup. At your age, you have so much natural beauty that it should shine thru, not be caked over with foundation, blush, etc. I think the most important thing in skin care is washing throroughy to keep your skin clean, but not dry. So, first thing I would recommend is a good face soap ( I use Clinique liquid facial soap) and a moisturizer:

Silence mentioned exfoliation, which is a great idea. I'm guessing at your age, you don't need skin peels. And son;t forget, you'r hair touches your skin, so haircare is equally important. I have been using hair products from Aubrey Organics

I think they're fabulous and you can buy them at Whole Foods or online. They also have skin care products that I've never used but my sister has.

And don't forget getting lots of sleep and exercising and cut down on fatty foods if you need to.

A good face cleanser, moisturizer. Obviously sleep (to avoid bags) but to help with that, an ice cube, rubbed under your eyes gets rid of the puffiness. And most importantly.. Confidence! Just give it a whirl. I'm sure there's people out there that think you're just as pretty with out make up.
