some more questions, these are legit , seriously =x

Q1: My hair is like abnormally brittle when it's dry like it feels like it's literally parched but it is quite oily when i don't wash it. What would you suggest? shoud i wash it minimally? or frequently? and what products should i use for the dryness, right now i'm using garnier fructise shampoo and i'm going to get mane and tail conditioner..which leads to another question

!Q2: the top portion of my hair is pretty thick and my ends are pretty thin mainly because of bad product use, heating etc, is there anyway for me to restore the thickness back to my ends? i heard mane and tail might help but does anyone know of any products that worked for them?

Q3: (general question) How often do YOU wash your hair, do not quote guidelines, i know them but you personally .

Q4: is it me or is thinspiration-blogspot , scary? lol check it out if you haven't seen it makes me fear being thin... D:

Q5: errr i'm out of questions for now lol xD have cupcakes =)

Try doing a weekly hot oil treatment for your hair. Then find an intensive conditioner that you can use just everday. See I have not used mane and tail in such a long time.....maybe 15 years.. so I do not remember how it was. I guess I was not impressed so I never used it again. Have you tried checking out some of Dove's conditioner lines? I believe the dark blue one is the more intensive hair conditioner. When you do wash your hair try to just put shampoo on and near your scalp and massage. try to avoid your ends because once you rinse the shampoo will wash your ends. ( This to avoid over drying your ends). And about thickening your hair... Try Nioxin shampoos. they are great for thinning hair. I usually wash my hair every other day...just because my scalp is sensitive and dry. this helps me retain some of my natural oils. Hope this helps a little.

q1: you have combination hair lol my sister has that. try using a normalizing shampoo and/or a clarifying shampoo every other day. good rule of thumb, clarifying conditioners dry your hair out with overuse, moisturizing shampoos can make your hair oily with overuse-might want to buy both and switch back and forth. try bed head products-very good and worth the money. try a light leave in conditioner daily even if you dont wash your hair. dont out conditioner near the roots of you dont have to. It sounds like your hair leans toward oily but because it is damaged that is why it gets dry and brittle so use a product maybe that focuses on moisturizing the ends of the hair-which leads to question two.

q2: you cannot repair the ends of your hair there is no such thing as mending split ends. youre going to have to cut them off eventually and lay off the heat if you seriously want healthier more even hair

q3: I have extremely dry hair and only wash my hair once a week-sometimes twice but its rare. my sisters teh opposite and has long hair that gets oily roots and dry ends. its tough. but baby powder helps soak up the oil when you dont want to wash it and just your roots need it (or bronzer powder for brunettes)

q4: I have been to this site and a lot of emotions come up when I think about other girls going to it and not knowing what can happen...I was anorexic for three years in high school and still experience a lot of mental issues and physical problems with it. Its hard for me not to go to those sites or even look at magazines, and even though once I was proana now I work against them and help girls who struggle. please promise me you will not visit sites like this anymore. focus on your hair-thats way more fun

i wash my hair every night but black hair can be more difficult to care for it is good to clean the dirty oils out but put in clean oils garnier is great for that and so are DOVE intensive care therapy shampoo and conditioners

my mom likes to leave some of the oils in her hair so she shampoos as quickly as possible so she doesn't wash out all the oils and only washes hers every other day

remember that hair is DEAD so you can't really grow thickness back once it's gone from the ends. just try to care for them and dont wash the ends with the shampoo as much try to stick to cleaning your scalp but not scrubbing your ends.

mane and tail is ok but i didn't find it any better than anthing else it's just a horse shampoo and the thougth is horses have thick and beautiful hair but really they are BORN with thick hair and if you look it's always dry and crispy so really i would try the intense thearapy by dove there are a few choices

and my mom loves the Vo5 hot oil treatments they sell at walmart.

and are you talking about this?

that girl is sad down near the bottom it says she weight about 335lbs in real life hopefully it's a joke but oh well. really hopefully she gets some mental help

Q1. You need to buy a shampoo for oily hair and when you condition only do the ends not your roots. Do not buy a shampoo for dry hair or a moisturizing shampoo because this is only for your scalp. You need to do a conditioning treatment once a week You need to buy one for dry damaged brittle hair. An oil treatment is not good because this will make your hair more greasy. You need to buy a split end mender, its like a leave in conditioner and a heat protector.

Q2. You can buy products which will restore the thickness in the ends of your hair like bed haed split end mender and paul mitchell super skinny. This are amazing products, but it will only be fake and will only last untill you wash your hair again you must have a haircut to do this.

Q3. I wash my hair every two days as its very long and gets dirty easily especially from my work. I also have an oily scalp the same as you so it gets greasy the day i have washed it lol.

Q4. I saw something about his on television once, Its not a good website.

Q5. I hope i answered all your questions well, i dont have any cup cakes so going to have some ketchup crisps. lol
