supposedly, it stimulates the blood to the scalp, it looks intense from what i've seen , do you suppose there are any disadvantages to it? will it knot up the hair so much that pieces will break when combing/brushing? :< help, meep.

lol truthfully to massage your hair and head you dont' have to do it that hard or that fast.

and it's easier to do it in she shower for you with some conditoner on your hair.

wash like normal, then condiotion but don't wash it off just massage it into your head for a few minutes. dont' forget the back of your head and the sides lol

work in circles and in straight lines back and forth

ps you don't have to do it in the shower but some types of hair are more plyable when it's warm in the shower and has slippery condioner on
