That's a nice way of losing some calories.

But this weight-loss phobia doesnt work too well girl.

I feel you are PERFECTLY normal.

well your body weight shows you are an athletic i.e., super under weight.

Plus the trend of 2010 is just so paradoxical to the one in 2009. There is a fashion of plus size. so your not in for bullying too ... you have got reasons! :)

But if you REALLY want to work it out, for some reasons i have no clue about, OMG! did that just rhyme? WOW I ROCK!

Ok sorry .. so yea.. follow this..

For decreasing the size of your leg fat, Sit in a crooked position. you know the positiong between standing and sitting? Yea, you got it right then!

For doiing off with the butts, Lol that sounds funny!! :P

Ok sorry again.. so do this for "doing off" with the butts! (LOL)

sit down with your legs spread out and try touching your legs with your hands.. do it 20 times in a day

About belly fat, Skipping is the best!

well that all depends on how tall you are.....but seriously? you're only shouldn't be worrying about that. 115 pounds is a normal weight...i wish i was 130, but i'm 19, so i'm not growing anymore.....if you start dieting and exercising too much, you could stunt your growth. If you want to exercise, fine, just don't over do it. and be sure to eat well. you could take up track if you really want to. i suggest doing running and crunches. but you have to keep at it or you'll lose the muscle you gain (i've been there and i've been trying to lose the weight for about 2-3 years now)

sorry, but you're waaay too young to be on a diet. your body is growing and developing, you shouldn't rape it with diets. my friend started being a vegetarian when she was 13 and now she's waay underweight, and as a kid she was kinda cute and chubby and all the members of her family are normal weight though they are vegeterians. the thing is they started it later, and she is the youngest in the family. so, I don't suggest any diets. just play some sports and enjoy it.

i'm just really amazed how 12-year-olds like you are so obsessed with weight...even have a very misconstrued understanding of it. I agree with everyone in saying that you're at a healthy weight. if you do aim to be leaner as you grow, being active in sports can really help. but please never deprive yourself of food. Nutrients from them are much needed when you're growing and about to hit puberty. and to tell you the truth, there's no safe shortcut to losing 10 or more pounds just like that.

Don't try to diet at your age.I thought that I had to stay thin and get thinner and thinnder.Well I was wrong im 13 and 105 pounds,but thats normail for a model my age.I deted for an hour i wouldn't diet unless you 6 ft like me :)
