You do not have a problem. I hate to be the one to tell you, but your weight is within a normal range (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/). Your body is still growing. You're probably on the verge of a growth spurt, since most girls tend to grow outwards before they gain height. If you haven't started your period yet, then you'll need the extra weight to be able to do that in a healthy way. If you want to get more toned, join a team sport or go hiking with friends.

Try to cut down on packaged foods & eat natural foods like rice, fruit veggies, whole wheat bread ,



Drinking from plastic cups brings chemicals into your body that is very hard to get rid of & it all goes to your stomack , that also includes eating from plastic containers or packaging.

yeah take 5 -6 cups of green tea in a day..cut all oily things from daily eating..

try to eat vegetables and take a sugar lil bit

calculate your calories and only take that calories in a day.if u eat xtra than do jogging to burn that

if your not fat (and it doesn't sound like it)



then you need to tone not loose really



that means exercising high repition with low weight



doing crunches, side bends, walking even



you don't have to feel the burn just keep moviing and using those muscles to help tone them up

Hey girl! I'm 5'2" and weigh 125. I have the same problem.. Yoga/treadmill/cycling will really help. Just do toning exercises, don't forget to strech before & after. & DEFINITELY watch your eating habits, even if it helps you could write down what you eat.
