try and do exercises that work your core muscles mostly.

so like situps, and yoga is really good ive heard. you know those home work out dvds you can get? buy a yoga one. sounds dumb but at least you have something to work from and its a lot cheaper than going to a class. :) x

The simple secret is just eating healthy. Fruits for digestion are great; fiber is excellent. Eat your veggies and don't go crazy on the bread. Make sure you're eating enough meat and avoid processed foods as much as possible. An ideal meal is 20-40 carbs (you can take the total carbs and subtract the fiber from it to get the true number).

Drink plenty of water, and an occassional diet soda is fine. Watch out for processed sugars (high-fructose corn syrup, no matter what all the commercials say, is TERRIBLE for you!).

Feel free to eat as much as you need to, as long as it's balanced. Exercise a bit, but don't worry about going crazy with it. For harder abs, sit up and crunches are obviously very helpful.

ive tried the lemon detox diet and already in 1 week ive lost 5kg and NO IM NOT JOKING. I used to weigh 64kgs and now i weigh 59kgs and already can see the difference. Look it up u can make it right at home u just replace the mixture with each meal that u have. It removes all the bad toxins and chemicals out of ur body and u loose weight. It cheap and effective and tastes nice, i would recommend thatu try !!:thumbup:
