If you're looking for some "WOAH, IT'S WAYYYY OUT THERE" make-up, try putting bright yellow [matching shade of dress] on the inner portions of your lid and then fade out to black. The yellow gives the effect of really playing it up, but the black edge gives it a more sophisticated and laid-back reaction. Add blackest black mascara...wha-la!

Line the upper lid with a thick black pencil; start just above the pupil and concentrate the color on the outer corners. Smudge it out with a Q tip or your ring finger. Lightly trace the outer corners of the lower lid as well. Blend a gold shadow over the center of the lids but no higher than the crease. To open your eyes, add a touch of gold shadow along the lower inner corners, too. Coat the upper lashes with mascara. Hold it vertically and brush it underneath the lashes to cover every one without leaving any stray marks on your lids.

You can do this...

Add a lime green in the inner corner of your eye. Then a yellow on the rest of your lid...At the crease use a very light orange mixed w/ a lil yellow.. On the brow bone a tan to highlight.. As for liner a black or perhaps a gold

Brown blush and burgandy lipstick..
