in a short period of time.. this is proberly the worst frownd apon way but i jst dnt eat. lol an when i get hungry i eat chunks of letice. u no that reali crunchy stuff, i cut it into blocks an eat it lol an salmon. but dont keep it up for to long cos it is reali unhealthy. power drinks to. xxx

I did a detox, 2 x fruit (not banana) three times a day. This is very low cal and you should only do it to jump start a healthy balanced diet. do that for 3-4 days (you'll loose a lot of water and feel more comfortable in your skin) during this period you'll loose about 2 - 4kg. After this:



Breakfast:

1 x Protein Shake made with 100g fruit



Meal one (lunch or dinner):

1 x Protein

1 x Veg



Meal two (lunch or dinner):

1 x Carb

1 x Fruit



Snack (anytime of the day, you may switch this with the carb in meal two and have the carb anytime during the day):

1 x Fruit



Don’t eat anything after 21:00!



Protein List (90g raw weight):

Lean Beef, rump, topside

OR Kingklip, hake, sole, lobster, tuna in brine

OR Game

OR Lean Lamb

OR Chicken breast (no skin), turkey (white meat only – no skin)

OR 1 Whole egg and white of another egg

OR 2 x Processed Cheese Triangles (low fat) or 90g low-fat cheese

OR Joghurt (175 ml, fat-free, plain/unsweetened)

OR Beans (67,5 ml when cooked) – haricot, kidney beans, lima beans

OR Chickpeas

OR Lentils



Never mix proteins (don’t eat eggs with cheese).



Very Important: NO fat/oil/olive oil/butter etc when preparing dishes.



Vegetables (90gm raw weight):

Cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, marrows, gems, eggplant, tomatoes, asparagus, cucumber, peppers, celery, onions, green onions, lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, carrots



Any time of the day:

2 x Fruit (100g each)

NO banana



Carbs (1 portion per day):

3 x Provita

3 x Melba toast (5 x 4 cm each)

3 x Rye-vita

3 x Crackerbread

3 x Finn Crisps

3 x Wasabread slices



Liquids:

8 – 16 glasses of water per day

Coffee – not more that 6 cup, DECAF

Tea

2 x cans Sodawater/diet coke

NO MILK



Additional:

Sugar-free chewing gum, sweeteners



EXAMPLE of Simeon Plan:

Day 1:

BF – Protein Shake

L - 2 Granny Smith apples, 3 Melba toast

D - 90g kingklip, 2 carrots, 1 tomatoe



Day 2:

BF - Protein Shake

L - Tamatoe, apple, 3 Melba toast

D - 90g Chicken breast, 90g mixed veg



Day 3:

BF - Protein Shake

L - 2 Apples, 3 finn Crisps

D - 90g Steak, Mixed Salad





This really works, and you'll loose weight pretty fast. it is quite strict though, but hang in there and follow it up with a maintenance plan

Did a boot camp that lasted over a month. Dropped 3kgs which is about 8 pounds i think.

16 sessions (1 day each so a total of 16 days..4 times a week) and it was run by ex Australian military soldiers.

Umm..I've seen stuff like this in Canada as well..I'm pretty sure they have it where you live.

Diets do work, but working out is very necessary.

Don't be afraid to lift light weights. They help in boosting the metabolism, which in turn helps you burn calories.

Do weights and run (high intensity) on the treadmill for a bit. Oh and visit www.bodybuilding.com for more details..it's THE BEST website i've been too.

When ever you get hungry drink water and if your still hungry wait a lil bit it will most liky pass TRUST MEH thatz wut i do but u can only do that once in a day
