Actually,meat is good! Protein helps build lean muscle,which in turn helps you burn fat.

Cut out potatoes and enriched wheats[white bread and corn,etc.] instead, and walk and exercise alternatedly until your birthday.

if your sone eating meat make sure you stay with healthy non meat foods that will give you proteins and nutrients and not be a junk food vegetarian...when you first start to exercise you wont lose alot of weight at first it takes a little bit of time but keep it up and remember to stay healthy while doing this!
