What are some ab exercises?

Is it possible to get a flatter stomach in one month? or..a little over a month

Im sick of sucking in my stomach all the time haha...Oh and is there any foods that would help too?

sit ups of course, you can also do belly dancing or just tighten your abs and do the motions, you don't have to go all out lol. What I do, is i tie a string around my belly when its flexed, and keep that position for about three minutes, relax and then repeat. I do that for about thirty mins- 45 mins when i'm watching tv or something. you want to be taught under your belly buton, if your ticklish, tickle yourself and that's what you want to feel for the three minutes. Hope that helps :]
