Depends what your BMI is. Two weeks is barely even enough time to trigger your body in to workout mood where you actually start burning fat cells. You have a start a routine so that your body is triggered into workout mode then it will slowly begin to develop muscle... does not happen over night. It is a process. You can begin by starting to eat healthy and cut out all sodas.

losing it that fast isnt really that healthy you could probly do it in a few months if you eat well and go for a jog everyday, good luck

check out my blogs under the 'weight' section to see what i do

but the easiest thing is to get a tummy girdle they sell them at walmart it's like a sexy piece of clothing sometimes it has built in bra like a corcet. sometimes it's just built in undies, and sometimes it's just the tummy part but it will do the trick in that short of time

You should just plan out a routine.. do not force yourself this 2 week period. Just give yourself a reasonable goal for your body and go from there. You will notice a definate change in a month if you stick to it! WomensHealthMag.com is a great website I use to 'try' to stay fit.
