I want to do this with my hair. But, I have no clue whatsoever how too?

I want to either go to a stylist and have them cut it for me, or cut it myself. I don't want to dye my hair the color of the girls hair in the picture. I want to keep my natural red color...for now.

Hi, yeah, your natural hair colour is awesome! I wish I had that. I'm always dying my hair red and strawberry blonde. lol

The girl's hair is razored at the ends, and it is shortest around the face and then it has longer layers around the shoulders.

Stylists have the best razor tools, but I've been able to razor my own hair with a clean, sharp, shaving razor. You just run the razor downward, over the ends of the hair. You can just do little tiny bits of razoring at first, to see how it works.

you should definitely go to a styleist with the picture (: It would look really good on you too!

So, I would probably leave my bangs alone, except for a few and razor those, is it best to do it with wet hair or dry hair?

Yep, you'd just razor the ends of your bangs, and razor some layers into your hair around your jaw, and razor the ends of the rest of the hair (the longest parts, around shoulder length).

I like to do it on dry hair, because you can see how it will really look. When you cut wet hair, it looks different when it's dry, and you might be in for a surprise. lol

Oh and here's a great video to help you! If you want to skip to the part where she actually starts razoring her hair, click on about the 3 minute point.
Good luck, and enjoy!
