ok, im 15 and overweight..

im 15, 5" 4' and...160...gahhhhh

and ive been teased all my life. im tired of it.

so...i became vegetarian and plus i've been eating heather and i take my dog an a mile walk every day.

is there anything eals i can do?

i need help.

btw i wanna look like day...haha so dramatic.

Definitely the walking is good cardio for you, and doing it everyday is great so you're off to a great start. I know someone who lost a great deal of weight after a few months of being vegan. I'd definitely recommend buying an exercise ball, makes doing toning exercises like crunches and push ups lots more comfortable and it's tons more effective than being on the floor. Hi, what ever your doing is right don't worry so much keep jogging n doing excerise.

while you getup in the morning after your brush do this it helps you.

Take a glass full of warm water about 250ml add 2tablespoon of honey and 1tablespoon of carryleaves juice stir with spoon for a mintue really works with empty stomach within a month you can loss your weight.

i think you should stop worrying about your weight as its not that bad as a problem and worrying actually makes you eat more even if you dont notice. so i suggest you keep exercicing, and instead of eating full meals dividing the meals during the breakfast, something 2hrs later, ect ect. occasionally make it a point to eat your favourite things (by that i mean once a week). slowly you will lose weight and in abt a month or two...anyways definitely by summer. good luck and take care.

Eat more greens and go more walks with your dog. :) Why not run instead? Running gets your body flow going more. Doing 20 minutes of interval training is better for you than 45 minutes of walking. You'll burn more calories and speed up your metabolism too. But don't just start off heavy, build your speed up.
