First of all, keep in mind that the only one that has the power and capacity to change this is YOU. I'm going to tell you what works for me, I excersice often, at least 3-4 times a week for half and hour to an hour, this makes me feel WAY better about myself I walk more than I drive or bus. I also try my best to eat healthy foods and NOT SKIP any meals.I try to dress nice and look my best everyday, not to impress other people but to impress Myself, make me feel good about myself :) Look at what you DON'T like about yourself and try to see the positive side of it, for example, I don't like my legs, turn it into "my legs are unique". They make you who you are, if we were all "thin, tall and blonde" It would be SO damn boring. Something that you should really try is to meditate, it helps SOOOO much. Take control of that little voice inside of you saying "You're not good enough" and you can because it's your own opinion, we are the hardest judges of our own body and personality, so change that voice and say "I am good enough". And you'll be happy most of the time! Again, this worked for me, give it a try and see how it goes :) Good luck hun.
