im getting my belly pierced

in two week im going to get my belly pieced and i want to make my stomach flatter i need exercises to help with love handles and abs i weight 110 now and i want to weight 90 again i just got in to the 100's always been 90 something and i want to go back to it and i want a least a visible change in two weeks

you can do one of those serious detox's like the lemon juice one, google it.

i wouldnt suggest it tho as it can make you really ill cus it starves your body.

do crunches, things like yoga are good for toning, or go running, but things like crunches and sit ups are best for abs specificially :) xox
