If u are 5'4" and 113lbs u most certainly don't need to lose weight. You probably just need to tone the areas you are unhappy with, not diet. I'm in the same problem as you, I am lazy and tend to get bored with a workout routine. I recently have found a great routine in Seventeen magazine which is a mix between pilates and boxing and i have combined it by adding on 40 crunches. I have been doing it 4 days a week for only 2 weeks and i have seriously already noticed a difference in my stomach it is flatter and i feel like i look a lot better.:">

as Rach008 said you just need to tone. One way that I like to tone is by doing dance workout videos, they are fun and highly affective. Or even better take some actual dance classes. If you don't like dancing, get together with some friends and work out with them. This helps motivate you when you may tend to want to just lay around and they help make it fun.

Weight doesn't shuffle in one day, it was weeks and months. You just got to stick to dieting and exercise if you want to lose weight.

Dieting as in more fruit and veg, and cutting out the sweets.

Exercising as in pushups, situps, dancing, walking, running. Push ups and sit ups more tone your body than lose it.

weight los routine, lol, this helped 1 girl on this website.. it mgiht help you.. also, ur not fat.. 5.4, 113, not fat buh, o well, maybe you want to... alsoo, if u choose to go with it, if you read it all, you will notice that it says theres a special soup, yea, i tried it, and its AWESOME!! well, i love it:x lol, well, newayz, jus email me , on here, and ill tell you da soup and otha things that go with this 'routine' lol...

During the first seven days you must abstain from all alcohol

You must drink 10 glasses of water each day

Day One All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good.

Day Two All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.

Day Three A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.

Day Four Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities.

Day Five Today is feast day. You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef. Hamburger is OK. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.

Day Six Beef and vegetables. Today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content.

Day Seven Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

Tomorrow morning you will be 10-17 lbs. lighter than one week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. You may repeat this program as often as you like.:) also, jus do a lot of wokin out, like, run or wak up n down the stairs or somehting, lmfao, my cousin did this, runnin up n down da stairs, and she threw slinkies down the stairs an dhas to catch dem b4 hitting the groun\d, its really funny, but it wokd..

Stay away from Carbs - eat more vegetables and fruits and always eat protein first - no red meat. Eat fish, like Salmon, at least twice a week. Drink LOTS of water.

If you want to target belly fat - PILATES! For cardio - kickboxing.

well, all i have to say is you do not need to lose weight at 113 lbs. but if you want to get rid of extra belly fat i would try sit ups, and pilates are really good too. if you want all over weight loss i would go right for the cardio. do not over do it though. try walking a mile or two a day if you can...if you can't get out and walk, maybe try a stairmaster or treadmill. as for a diet...just do portion control and healthy eating. most people tend to over eat and they just don't know it. eat your fruits and vegetables, like most people say, but i'd say that you do NOT need to stay away from carbs. they usually are foods with a good amount of fiber in them...which is good. protine is good too. and you can burn it off really fast. i would not suggest an all protine diet. go to to see good portions. just don't lose too much weight too fast. it's really dangerous for your heart. i got in a lot of trouble over the summer from losing way too much weight too fast. so...yeah.8-|
