Weird horizontal line in my front teeth when I wake up?

So when I wake up I get this fugly horizontal white lines in my teeth, and I'm pretty sure it's because I sleep with my mouth open. Is it there a way to avoid sleeping with my mouth open or at least how to get rid of this line? I hate it and it's really noticeable.

are the lines more white than the rest of your teeth ?

if that's the case, i think whitening strips should work, i know crest has some really good ones.

it doesn't go away during the day?

is the whitest area at the top under you lip or on the end of your tooth that is exposed to the air?

if the bottom part is white you may need to see a dentist about the whitening thing and your saliva may be holding in drinks from the end of they day if you didn't brush right before bed.

if the white is at the top then that's just strange but the dentist could fix that too

Yeah it does, I mean, when it's the night it's usually completely gone, and maybe once in a while it remains through the whole day. And the line is exactly where my top lip finishes and THAT'S the only super white place, the rest of the teeth look normal. About teethbrushing, I'm really obsessive when it comes to that, I brush them 3 times a day, instantly after meals so I don't think it may be due to that. If I have it tomorrow morning, I'll take a picture and show you.
