Prevent pimples from growing again?

I always have one or two pimples, which leave a scar, and finally fade. But finally I've stopped growing pimples and I don't know if it's a hormone thing, or that I'm taking more care of my face or what, but thank god it's happening. So my question is:

How do I prevent pimples from start growing again on my face again? I'm seriously so happy with my face like now and I don't know what I could do to keep it this way, finally clear all my redish scars, and get a perfect skin. Any advices, home remedis, something? I've read about lemon, ice, tomato, hydrogen peroxide, etc.etc., but maybe you have something else I haven't read about. Thanks!

well, i would say that good personal hygiene is a must...wash your face everyday...use cleansers if you have to...it's good to exfoliate....i think if you wash your face good enough, you may still get pimples, but possibly not as bad (no scars)

i wash my face with milk acid based serum and it works wonders. i rarely experience break outs. aside from gently exfoliating, it leaves a protective barrier from acne-causing bacteria, as well. i also learned that they use the product for bathing newborn babies to protect them from rashes. no doubt, it's good for you too!

my face has finally cleared up as well. all i do is stick with one routine of face wash/treatment/moisturizer. usually, the less you change, the less your face hates you.

You may speak with a dermatologist about that particular concern of yours. Dr. Schweiger is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He may help you with that. You may check out http://www.nyccosmeticdermatology.com/ to know more about him and his amazing services.

but by washing your face everyday, you are definitely limiting the chance of letting your pores get clogged up

I have oily skin so I don't know if moisturizer is the best option. I know it's not just for moisturizing the skin but also has other propoerties though.

BTW I HAD TO SAY MY FACE WAS OK and now I'm growing a huuuuugerjioasdhfiuewhass pimple on my nose. It's like under my skin and it's all swollen and red. Looking like a clown over here :D Thanks everybody for the answers.
