Get rid of cheekbone hair?

That's it. I'm a boy and I have hair on my cheekbones which is REALLY annoying, I just wanna get rid of them.

Plucking: I've tried but it takes too long and the results are minimum.

Waxing: no, I can't, won't ask my mom to wax me :P

Razor: my beard would cover my whole face, then

Lightening: maybe if I lighted them up, they would be less noticeable, but don't know how to.

Please help! any home remedies or something? I just wanna have a hairless face lol.

Sugar Wax

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/8 cup of natural lemon juice, and 1/8 cup of water. Heat this mixture over a medium flame while stirring constantly until the sugar completely melts and turns dark in color.

Begin by lightly dusting your skin with cornstarch. While the facial hair remover is still very warm (bordering on hot), apply it to your skin using a craft stick or popsicle stick while pulling the skin taut. Firmly place a strip of muslin or cotton material over the sugar wax, allow the mixture to cool, and quickly pull it off in the opposite direction of the hair growth. If the mixture was properly prepared, it should pull off any unwanted facial hair.

Store this natural mixture in the refrigerator in a container with a tight-sealing lid. The muslin or cotton material can be washed and reused, and the sugar wax will last for months. This is one of the best ways to remove excess facial hair. It's cheap, easy, and completely natural.

Honey Wax

Honey wax is a lot like sugar wax, and it works very well to remove excess facial hair, but it is a little more expensive to prepare than sugar wax. This natural way to remove facial hair is prepared in the microwave, and is really very easy.

To make a batch of honey wax, combine the juice from half of an average-size lemon with 1 cup of granulated sugar and ¼ cup of natural honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mixture for approximately 90 seconds. Stir the mixture thoroughly, and microwave it for an additional 30 seconds. The mixture must be hot, so microwave it longer if necessary.

Begin by lightly coating the skin with cornstarch. While the honey wax is hot, but not too hot to the touch, apply it to unwanted facial hair using a craft stick or popsicle stick while pulling the skin taut. Immediately cover the wax with a strip of muslin material, and rub it firmly against the skin in the direction of the hair growth. Allow the mixture to cool, and quickly pull away the material in the opposite direction of the hair growth.

This natural product should pull off most of your unwanted facial hair and leave your skin soft and incredibly smooth. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Simply reheat

it as instructed in the microwave, and use it as necessary.

Spearmint tea should help to keep them off your face if you can manage to get some of that. For now the two homemade wax's should work. Good luck.

you can wax yourself it's pretty easy. i like the strips that come pre waxed for your eyebrows.

i shave my arms and they don't come back thicker. how old are you? there is a certain age that your hair will start to come in thicker anyway so i don't see a point in not shaving.

you can get an epilator it is a maching most women use on their legs and it plucks many hairs at once and will give you a better closer 'shave' you can get them at walmart too

why do you need to remove it? everyone has hair there... EVERYONE. for some people it's just really light so you don't notice it. yours just happens to be darker.

it's really not that noticable, i think you're a little paranoid or obsessive about it. if you get a tan the sun will lighten that hair on your face. or if you use something like proactiv, which has benzoyl peroxide in it, it would lighten those hairs up within a week or two and they would no longer be visible.

no offense but both cheek and eye in the attached pic look like a girl's! and the hair (what hair?) are hardly visible at all!

well, you got rid of it successfully so, great!

Thank you for those options, but waxing is not a possibility. I actually have the common wax at home to take hair off, but I just don't want to wax. It's not the pain or w/e, it's the fact of waxing itself-

I'm 16, and the hair is growing in an area where it shouldn't grow, it's not that I'm stopping like my actual beard to grow, you know. But I have good knows! I went to a friend's house and she had this depilatory free pain cream! So I borrowed it to see if it actually works (: It's for thick and thin hair, aloe vera based. I'll let you know how it went!
